And at this stage staki madawa kwa system yangu any more ive been on meds to make me sleep and its not healthy to prolong their use…
Ive tried working out nirudi kama nimechoka nidoz but zii.
I end up getting out of bed extreemly tired i have to take red bull,monster or azam to pick me up.

Yes i do. But normally i concentrate on cardiovascular… Just morning run(5 am) for an hour to keep arthritis away in old age. And the question loathed/dreaded by all 'diasporans

I already slept from 10pm to 12am, that’s why nimejipata kwa thread ya insomnia. My day has actually started but during the day i must take power nap(30 minutes) and I’m good to go. That’s how crazy my sleeping pattern is
