This shit happened to me in 2002 immediately after highschool. My old man had been away the whole week attending a conference and I was so sure atabaki nairobi kwa mathe for the weekend kumbe ninja ilirudi jioni na my then 27 year old step mum( he’s a typical African man with two wives)…mimi nimetoka club dimplez around 3am, very drunk so i decide to get water/juice from kitchen…hapo hapo my step mum pia yeye akaamua its time to do her laundry since they were to head to the village at 4.30am…it was a very embarrassing incident…I had 2 male cousins and an uncle in the same house but walikua wamelala they so they couldn’t warn me. I had another two incidents the following year involving her…First one, again she comes from work in nairobi unannounced in the middle of the week and finds me fondling some kipsigis girl pale kwa compound…second one she finds me and my friends watching porn…September ilifika nikaenda college and since then hapo kwetu mimi hutembea tu kama mgeni. She’s still my step mum, a very good woman to my old man and the rest of the family.
All these incidents were accidental, and that can happen. The problem is if someone knows there are other people esp. relatives in the house, and decides to walk about naked or to do other compromising things to get their attention.
@Hydra and @mugwanjira …I know how my mum relates with my old man and I know how my step mum does with him…its a set up that has taught me a lot about marriage. Bibi kama sio wa kunyenyekea utaumia sana. My mum is a lovely woman…loyal and hardworking…but she’s also very headstrong and determined…hio mambo ya submissive hatambui…so you can imagine her and my old man, same temperament, same drive, same ambitions…mambo yao mimi huangalilia tu mbali… but you can tell the two respect each other a lot. My step mum, on the other hand, is very submissive despite holding a very good position in the civil service…you can see my old man lighting up whenever she’s around. I first saw my dad laugh at dry jokes because of her…as kids we were never allowed to joke around when the old man was in the room but all that changed…jama hadi akaanza kula chapati na kutupeleka out every Sunday because of her…she mellows him which is good for his health and wellbeing so why would I be against her. She also visits my family every fortnight without fail and has a good relationship with my wife and son…importantly,she has given me my one and only sister…a sister who is everything to me
Congratulations to your dad for bringing you up as a strong man…otherwise, if he was not in the picture, I can tell that you could have easily become a simp judging from some of the things you’re writing here.
