no need to replace a 1NZ FE cylinder head only. In fact, no need to open it at all for repair. maybe only to cannibalize parts for sale. The engine number is obviously different from the one on your log book.
Alafu. If you havent identified the cause of damage to the cylinder head, the new engine will fail almost immediately especially if it has to do with cooling system and temperature regulation.
