that's the price of the land only, not a good deal.
na zinanyakuliwa tu.

nimekua between Ramisi na Lunga Lunga (kenya-Tz border) jana, a 57 acre piece of agricultural land inauza just 17.5 million.. another 8-acre one KM to the TZ border in Lunga Lunga touching a river-bank around 2.4 million and I see Nairobians are running to purchase there. Ubaya tu ni there were guys still scare-mongering with the Kaya Bombo issue especially arnd Msambweni so guys wa bara are still hesitant. But I have not heard of any incidents in the news... so maybe just uoga. But someone can shed more light on the issue

Be weary of the marketing gimmicks of land buying companies. Evaluate the land on itself before committing yourself. What's the true value of the plot on its own. What's the rate of sales of similar plots in the project and surrounding area. How quickly can you sell it off, if it doesn't materialize. What would be the selling price. Start with the worst case scenario and if you are OK with it then at least the best case would be $$$$ for you.

My 2 cents opinion.

Actually, this project shares the same land with Tatu City. I assume that the price on this and would double by next year.
Kamiti corner which also shares boundary wall with tatu an 1/8 is selling for 6m. This is one estate i would love to build my home but that price is unreasonable . With five million I can get 3 Acres in juja farm.

Personally what I do when I come upon such opportunities is share with a close friend of mine from the MI(military intel) he gives me a full detailed report going back several decades including any possible threats of hostility, family feuds, fraud etc. Prospecting is good if based on research.

share this to your MI and share the feedback before I recommend it to my clients and friends!
