The archetype of the Kenyan politician is the same across board, Jubilee and CORD are identical brothers although they are adversaries, the tactics of marshaling support my vary depending on the demographics being targeted but their brand of politics is the same, they both drum up support along tribal lines, the both are heavily involved in mega corruption, they are both led by leaders of who are beneficiaries of corruption, they are both largely supported by the Kenya’s doltish hoi polloi. That is why I get really appalled when presumably educated, intelligent, middle class Kenyans get sucked into their bullshit. If you are supporting them because you have some personal interest, you have a contract, state appointment, business interests that you hope to push for once your party is in the driving seat, I applaud you! when I grow up I will be you. But if you’re a kawaida kenyan with zero connection to the power that be who has allowed himself to be sucked into the bullshit! you my friend, you are either stupid, ignorant, naive or all of them combined. I think these 844 system ruined us , the average Kenyan is totally incapable of thinking critically. I am typing on phone in a bar, a few shots in, don’t mind the unintelligible…
Never blame the system, blame the individuals… The system will provide you with knowledge but it is for you to improvise it to wisdom.

Here is the connection, some supporters in the opposition have shown by past utterances and behaviours their willingness to invade private property in the guise of liberation.
