Fertilizer still at Kshs. 1800/= inpsite of promised 1200/= one, low prices, no cash on delivery at NCPB and now no fertilizer purchases can be made on the money owed to farmers. Is this ‘govt’ serious about the economy? If so kindly remind yourself what percentage of Kenyan economy is based on Agriculture.
