Good project, but unfortunately, the stench of nepotism and cronyism is never far from government projects.
The tender was awarded to Koto Housing. Its CEO, Moses Nderitu, is a close friend to Uhuru. Its Executive Chair is Nyokabi Kenyatta-Muthama, Uhuru’s sister (the same one awarded the MOH tenders)

All prefab companies got this tender to showcase the new build technology. Sasa you wanted her company to be sidelined just because she is the President sister. That would be reverse discrimination. It’s 10,000 units a year that is enough for the 5 prefab construction companies in Kenya.
