I have also used Masoko from Safaricom. Their services are more fluent, except that their online shop is disorganized, with an inefficient search algorithm and a smaller selection of items.

I have bought from Masoko, Avechi and some other FB-based sellers. I have ordered and cancelled orders from Jumia twice. I have bought from Kilimall twice but ilikua na delay kiasi juu ya kuinvolve G4S as their collection points. I have been shortchanged thrice (fake fake phone by one FB seller, faulty lappie by another FB seller, faulty bluetooth earphones by Skygarden though naonanga kama ni rider aliexchange on the way). I have enjoyed products from Masoko and Avechi and only one FB seller. So far Avechi and Masoko get 4/5 from me.
