Practicing deep breathing in the morning has a profound effect on your day. Take at least 15 deep breaths, breathing in deeply and slowly to the count of 5 and then out slowly to the count of 5. This may help to keep you calm, focused & less irritated by the hustle and bustle of urban life and work. Takes only 3 minutes.

Apparently,the creator messed up when he designed my breathing regime… So much that I have to practise breathing.

Hahaha… I think the creator was kind enough to give us reminders and the ability to put them into practice and also to experience the fruits of our hardwork in contrast with those who actually do nothing to better themselves in life.
