JSC is a NASA Cartel, if you remember, its only Ojwang and Njoki who wrote favorble judgment to Jubilee aftr petition. Plus Rao and Obado are adversaries (the major ground for removal of Ojwang is bribery by Obado of road construction to Ojwang’s home in Migori). Ojwang is a victim of Odinga. No wonder NASA brigade cannot stop fighting for Ojienda to get to JSC. They are getting ready for revisiting.

The JSC refused to have Ojwang’s lawyers appear for him before them, but the tribunal will allow lawyers to do so. The claim of a road will fall apart very quickly. Ojwang is not a Johnny come lately, he might be suspended but he will likely prevail given the evidence is speculative.
