KCB Airtime Buying Not Working

I have bought 1k worth of airtime on my Telkom line but I am yet to get the airtime. It’s now close to two hours waitin. Anyone with such an encounter?

Have a near similar experience though mine I was redeeming KCB Simba points which were expiring so I opted to redeem for Safcom airtime on Thursday na hadi leo nothing!

We are not KCB customer care support. Just dm them pale twitter.

Same here. However the app tells you the transaction is not successful. So unajipanga sio kukaa ukingoja.

Same here. Called customer care a few minutes ago. Promised to reverse it

I have bin doin’ that, jus leo I decided to change. I regret.

Tingg (formerly Mula) is extremely reliable… why go for any other service?
