The main reason that might lead to brokers control I’d if it becomes the only sole crop. Let others do millet, others sorghum others something else.This will give us variety,diversity and also put oversupply under check. Then to brokers itakuwa " mshika njia mbili hupasuka msamba"

Millet ,others sorghum. One bag of sorghum fetches 9000 while maize 2000. Sorghum doesn’t need too much care and adulterated like maize with cartels and chemicals. Also they mentioned is healthier than Zea mays
