Try brand better

Nonesense bring something new

Forrowing

When will you young people get it. It’s all around you but you’ve chosen not to see.
People download all sort of apps, but the only ones they ever open are the social media apps.

So, if you are not Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat or Tinder, don’t bother.
Just stick to a website.

Also, you’re bringing nothing new to the table. Your app is ugly and we already have OLX. Stop wasting your time.
OLX has spent hundreds of millions if not billions to market itself and get where it is… and is still making losses.

Shut it down immediately and enroll into a coding class if that’s what interests you.
And from now henceforth, proceed with the knowledge that making apps and websites is no longer an exclusive skill. Anyone can do it. But without a business plan, its just a waste of time.

Great advice…a social media app is a better option…but still it has to be unique to compete with the likes of Instagram

It’s a better option but still you’re more likely to be eaten by a shark on Thika road than your app succeeding to the heights of Instagram.
My advice is to avoid the app route altogether. People are only interested in 2 or 3 apps on their phone and that ain’t changing.

Its all about planning and understanding the app market…Depends on your target market. Teens and young adults have plenty of apps in their phones. Plus even you cant honestly say that you have 3 apps in your phone…minimum 5-7

Many people have over 20 apps even. But only ever open 2 or 3 apps. It’s not a question of having the apps but rather using them.

More than 75% of all apps are opened once and never again - http://fortune.com/2016/05/19/app-economy/

90% of time is spent on the top 5 apps - http://www.businessinsider.com/app-usage-growing-benefits-2017-10?IR=T

Actually, social media, browser and games apps consume over 99% of all time spent on apps.
By social media I mean Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and Whatsapp.

Creating an app is a monumental waste of time and money. People might download it, but will forget about it after day 1.

Makes sense…great clarification!

If I were you, I work on the website first. It looks so crude, like the work of some 3rd year computer science student. This is an ecommerce website, not just a typical wordpress template - so put some serious work to it. Work on the UI, color scheme, just everything before even thinking of going to to mobile. I havent checked out your app but I can only wonder what it looks like if this is how your e-commerce website looks like.

Iko na category ya brothel

Nice app, those of you who are criticizing him, show us what you have done … everyone starts from somewhere. Build upon that

Thank you

No it does not support that one

According to my research
The only reason why people use the 2 or three apps is because the app usually reminds you to use it through the notifications until it becomes a habit whereby you constantly open the app

I’ll take some part of this as a compliment I am a student of Economics not computer science student. I’ll be working on the UI step by step

When that happens to me I delete the app.
I deleted Tuko, and Opera News for pestering me every time. And I have heard similar stories.

Am working on that…
Kenyan Market will support a feature whereby you will receive notification on things that you have interest on pekee
