George Karanja and his accomplice Nathan Smith, both 21 and with previous drug convictions, were caught after travelling more than 200 miles to target addicts with crack cocaine and heroin.
Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police stopped the pair's car and found a picture of Karanja posing with banknotes on a mobile phone.
They discovered a text message on a phone offering drugs to 29 listed contacts - including eight known addicts - and details of a hotel booking.
Police found drugs in a hotel room which they believe George Karanja and accomplice Nathan Smith smuggled in their backsides.
Police then found 96.2 grams of crack cocaine worth £9,790 and 30.6 grams of heroin worth £2,080 at the Travelodge room in Plymouth, Devon, which they believe the duo, from London, smuggled into the city in their backsides. He added: "Police also found several baby wipes and Vaseline which led them to suspect the drugs had been plugged.":eek:

Karanja, from Kilburn, and Smith, from Camden, both admitted two counts of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply. They were jailed for 44 months each at Plymouth Crown Court by Judge Paul Darlow.
Emily Cook, for Karanja, said he had grown up in a tough neighbourhood and fallen into drug addiction as he had been made to sell drugs to pay off his debts.
Miss Cook added Karanja had tried to break free from his Liverpudlian drug dealer but had been stabbed - keeping a photograph of the wound on his phone to prove it.
Malcolm Clark, for Smith, said a psychiatric report showed he was vulnerable and easily led and was in a "constant cycle" of drug abuse and debt.
