Hii kitu ni discipline ! punguza intake esp starch and take more protein eg asubuhi substitute bread for groundnuts! wacha kukula kama mtu wa mjengo and the whole day you are infront of a comp ! the 1st week will be abit tough but after that your body will get used those cravings will disappear !

Nikiwa mtoi mtaa nilikuwa naitwa "...tumbo" kitambi si issue kutoka nikuwe mdogo nimekuwa na kitambi....nilikuwa nacheza futa table tennis na mpaka wa leo kila siku lazima nipige run.... haijawai pungua ama kuisha na wife hajawai complian sijamfikisha na kupitisha threshhold:D
