Apparently, a majority of Kenyans don’t view Real Estate industry as a form of profit-making venture but rather just a way of storing value/wealth. Or why would someone invest in a property that takes 20 to 30 years to get their Return on Investment (ROI)? Plus not factoring in inflation and market dynamics! Stupid? Maybe and maybe not.
