Back in 2003 I was staying in Mwiki Kasarani with my bro. I had just cleared highschool and I did not have anythingto do. I would wake up have breakfast and go to “kangeta” mogoka base to hang out. It thought it was a police officer but it was my neighbor Mr Gitonga. Mr Gitonga owned a plot near where I stayed. He told me that he had a job for , an easy one as he said. What I had to do is “kukunia” inside a kibandaski that was at Mr Gitonga’s plot. He told me I would get 500/ per day. He said that the owner of the kibandaski did not respect him and owed him a total of 20k of rent, so he wanted me to “kunia” at the kibandaski to annoy the Mathe of the kibandaski. I agreed and I had to start my work that evening. For about a week I did my work as we had agreed with Mr Gitonga. On a Saturday 0200 hrs I went to the kibandaski undressed and I helped myself. As I was doing my business I heard footsteps from behind, I turned my head to look what was on my back. It was Mathe wa Kibandaski holding an axe coming towards me. Wah. I stood up and started to run, bad luck was on my side , I stepped on my stool and slipped down. I gathered courage and ran like Rudisha.
