True but Vivo energy wants to use both instead of putting all the eggs in one basket. RVR is dead they lost the concession earlier this year after 5 years of failing each transport minimum target and failure to pay concessionary fees as well. The line is back to the landlord KR. So any idea of sabotage doesn’t make sense since SGR is actually part of KR as well. What amazes me is that its very slow, 40kms per hour but it still derails? Either way rail is still cheaper than trucking.

the reason am reading sabotage is, mbona inaanguka at the same spot? Can’t KR inspect what’s wrong with that section on the railway and fix it? or have KR become that incompetent? if it’s incompetence then I pity the SGR once it’s reverted back to KR in a decade.

I suspect the track has issues and it will be wise to suspend the service until full inspection is done. The train moves so slow such that its incredible it derailed.

Hunting Oscillation coupled with bogies carrying fluid, on an old, ill maintained line with upto 10° bank(s) in some areas and finally insurance fraud.
