[li]Interior Permanent Secretary Karanja Kibicho, on Friday, September 20, sparked a new war with Deputy President William Ruto as reported by K24 TV.[/li]Kibicho warned the DP to keep off the affairs of Kirinyaga County. The PS spoke when he commissioned a borehole in the county constructed at the cost of Ksh2.9 million.
“We want our visitors to uphold our culture when they tour our region,” Kibicho declared while accusing Ruto of stirring confusion.
He further indicated that the country had one leader, President Uhuru Kenyatta who had warned politicians to stop politicking before 2022.
“It is shocking that some leaders visit us and want to reap where they did not sow. We as the area residents should reject the confusion being imposed on us.”
Kibicho further poked holes into Ekuru Aukot’s Punguza Mizigo Bill urging Kirinyaga residents to reject it.
“We should reject this bill and focus on development. We should strategise on waking up and working hard to ensure that there is food on our tables. However, these people come and waste your time when you should be working,” he advised.
Kibicho’s sentiments came a few weeks after the county MCAs rejected Punguza Mizigo Bill. A move that ignited a confrontation between Ekuru Aukot and Anne Waiguru, with Aukot accusing Waiguru of preaching propaganda.
Kibicho has often been attacked by Ruto’s allies who accused him of undermining his boss, the DP. They even implicated him in an alleged assassination plot against the DP.
Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has, for instance, alleged that Kibicho was frustrating him and other Tanga Tanga members for their support for Ruto.
Ruto and Waiguru’s friendship deteriorated after the governor declared her support to Orange Democratic Leader, Raila Odinga.
First of all at least now people are being forced to accept the new political dispensation that you need to provide people with projects even if its a borehole before you talk politics. Its not too late for RAT to also take this route. Hiyo habdcheque asikule alone, jenga ata pit latrine moja for once.
Secondly, the hypocrites cried for "this is not time for politics, let’s concentrate on big 4 agenda:D while they spend Kshs 3 billion of National security funds to fund embrace, kitaeleweka, his bloggers and pay MCA’s millions to turn down Punguza Mizigo bill in favour of breastfeed baba initiative.

Lastly this second round of anti DP campaign is because he rejected their new offer of cooperation. I told you a few weeks ago just before De Matthews funeral kibicho approached DP Uncle Ruto as the sidelines of a government conference to ask that they start over afresh and cooperate. This was just 2 weeks after President Uhuru directed him to disband kitaeleweka and seize its funding in light of LA Murder audio and video. The first approach was fine and things cooled down. The second one was the sane mistakes again. People asking for extended stay in current positions beyond President Uhuru term and dividing of seats between them and DP Uncle Ruto. He told them what he said the last time. He doesn’t deal with political brokers and conmen. If they want 50/50 government then that discussion will undergo the sane process it did before 2013. It starts with UhuRuto, they agree and each form a team to delegate those discussion to. Not this current breed of selfish and entitled lot. If President Uhuru wants 50/50 share of seats he has to ask himself not anyone else. DP Uncle Ruto that is not the case, he talks to the President everyday but he hasn’t gotten asked that so he will wait. Beside mahali imefika he doesn’t need it, he can do it on his own with his own newly built network across all 47 counties That makes this lot upset.
Kibicho has not learnt anything from history. Niggaz surrounding Kenyatta disrespected Moi for long. They humiliated and even went to the extent of physically abusing him. When he rose to power, he crushed them like crushing bugs! Many died poor and bankrupted! Kibicho atakuja dinywa makagare wacha tu!
On this one I am firmly on Ruto’s side. He is the deputy president while Kijicho is a permanent secretary. There is a pecking order that must be respected. Secondly were it not for Ruto, Uhuru would not have become president and Kijicho would be nowhere near the seat of power. There is something very myopic about Karanja Kijicho’s attitude and arrogance
Lastly, as Odd mentioned above, history repeats itself. There is 90 percent chance that Ruto wil be Kenya’s next president. I would not want to be a louse in Kijicho’s ass when this comes to be. Remember Koinange, Kuria Kanyingi, Sharrif Nassir, Biwott, Joseph Mungai, Miguna Oguna and all those previous power brokers that previously thought they carried three balls in their hood. Where are they all now?
WSR reminded the forgetful PORK that they would not have made it as PORK and DPORK were it not for the support of grassroot Cendro voters who PORK tapped into and this includes all our Kyuk singers gospel and non gospel. This was at De Matthews funeral.
He was reminded that LOYALTY a virtue he is totally clueless about is v important. Listen to that clip if you need to understand further why sidelining WSR is a waste of space and energy. Man has been in the business for decades.
As for Kibicho, here is hoping he has made and saved a lot of money. Stupid airhead.
