Even their slums are cleaner!! We are again trying to find relief in our ineptitude and mediocrity by comparing ourselves to people who are actually trying to fix theirs.
Rwanda had a genocide in 1994 where more than a million people were brutally killed. And they are doing way much better than us by accepting the situation and working hard by implementing solutions. Not by looking at Kibera and kenyan slums and finding comfort in it.

He has been doing that, there are areas he did away with the slum, and out up organised houses. Very neat but the people complained because it interfered with their way of life, from this slum set up shown above.
