With their truckload of manure now under scrutiny and inevitable criticism, NASA’s bevy of peacock lawyers will begin to bitch that the court is corrupted, just as they did with the IEBC and the polls.

I understand this petition was poorly done such that a team of lawyers who saw its preparation made up excuses not to be present at the time of signing it. They felt its career suicide to be associated with it especially that it will be presented at the highest court in the land and critically analyzed by everyone. To save face odm concorted another conspiracy that they have been compromised, they ran away in fear of state officers scrutiny etc. Even within the party itself many know its a face saving excise to shift blame to IEBC and Supreme Court for their lose rather than concede defeat.

Last time they boasted of a battery of 12 lawyers.

Now they are 20 and the half-competent George Oraro is not mentioned (pulled out?). With Orengo at the helm, that petition must look like something out of the Kibera gutter.

The Registar says that NASA submitted additional volumes after the deadline, while Paul Mwangi claims that they are mere annexes not central to the case. Sneaky shit, just like the 900 pages of affidavits in 2013. Expect protestations and accusations of partiality throughout the case.

Ahmednasir Abdulahi said he took a not so detailed look at the petition and felt that the 2013 Cord petition was a 1000 times better prepared and stronger.
Babuon is just wasting everyone’s time and then after the imminent defeat get grounds for starting another round of ill advised actions.

I have always watched Orengo in court (especially during the 1001 cases against IEBC before Judge Odi(u)nga and I guess he’s just there for the show, from the way when he’s addressing the court he keeps looking around as if to watch the reactions of the audience.

Here is Charles Kanjama, on NASA petition to the Supreme Court. He says, NASA has to prove that there were 1.4 million votes that were robbed from them.
It’s at that point that i realised, hapa hakuna kazi. 2013, they only had to prove that 7,000 vote were in question.

My question is. If SC rules in his favor will he get as many votes in a runoff as he did?

If not for the resulting disruption, I would route for a repeat so that we can thrash Joshua even worse
