Hehe am not an employee I shipped some item with them a few weeks ago I got invoices from both and savo had the fairest charges he can try and compare for himself

The guys are a total mess.I bought a couple of items in US and they were delivered ( 22 December and 27 December 2016) to kote US address. I received some of the items 9th February 2017.Some items are missing the local Kote guy (Edward) seems to have no idea where they are.Bull**** outfit i can’t use them ever again.

Kote have been fucking up US shipments… They are taking ridiculously long to get here. I have stuff i from Jan 7 that i am yet to get.
Im going to ditch them when it comes to US purchases.
However their UK shipments are fine. Those are coming in every week… So within a fortnight you can have your stuff.
What’s the alternative for US purchases ?
if you feel like spending more money than you should, use Kentex cargo. They will are relatively fast and the stuff comes intact.
Vitumob also deliver very fast and securely but I hate their extension for Chrome and the last time I tried to order something i thought their charges for customs and shipping were unreasonable. But maybe it was what i was ordering.
I havent tried Savastore.
Who has tried UK Dukas and peer cargo?
Edward says that shipments from US will be in this week by friday.

Cost and efficiency compared to others?
Let me be honest here: I’m not unduly preoccupied with cost. What matters to me is that they deliver the exact item I ordered and in reasonable time.
The item I’d ordered was a gift for my dad and they deliver in 10 working days which works out to about 2wks. They kept me posted on progress throughout.
For upcountry (which is where I am) customers they have a collabo with Wells Fargo and I didn’t pay for that, they did.
This undue preoccupation with ‘cost’ is what leads to all the complaints unaona hapa and elsewhere. Truth is for all commodities there’s a certain price below which it ain’t possible to charge without compromising quality of service.
As I always say: price is what you pay, value is what you get.
