Hi guys, I’m having major issues with KPLC extortion cartels. These thieves keep sending me fake bills of more than a million for like 30 units. If you go to the offices, they reduce to like 30K and then force you to pay. I’ve tried contacting customer care on social media and online, emailed them, but they keep referring me back to those thieves and nothing happens.
Who has faced such a situation and how do you combat it…
Take a pic of the current reading and go to their offices, present it to them and request for an updated statement for your account number.
