only Kenyan passengers? what about other nationalities? or the plane had only Kenyans on board?

Regional flights are even worse when it comes to KQ … when having a connecting international flight you might shit in your pants if its a privately sponsored flight. I am always full of butterflies whenever I am booked on this fd-up airline since I once spent at the Entebbe Airport lounge for 24Hrs. God help airlines such as Rwandair which are focused on making their clientele happy to pick since they will always deliver their promises; meanwhile KQ needs a serious management to salvage it before they completely lose it.

The problems with KQ never end, however the most annoying thing is their arrogance and the aloofness with which they handle the situations.

I have said many times that we are fixing the management issues at KQ but forgetting that the same needs to be done to staff. There is alot of laxity, laziness, aloofness and entitlement among alot of KQ staff. KQ flights are constantly late such that most book earlier flights so that they arrive much earlier than very late.

31 December ,the year is not clear but most probably 2016

No no no, the government is perfect and every day we have new development projects being launched so you are absolutely wrong on this.

Looks like 2014.

It is 2016. They abandoned their clients because hotels in Amsterdam on that date were fully booked or very expensive. Very unethical. They should bear all costs for delays and cancellations.

MMNN, am I correct if I say that the letter is dated 21/12/2014?

I have used KQ/KLM between Amsterdam and Nairobi since 1990 and have never been disappointed. Great fortune, I guess.
