Systems being down is an excuse that any gava official can give so as not to serve you and to get rid of you on that day…
If genuinely down:
- identify a contact person in that office, preferably the one who will look into your issues and eventually get your TCC approved,
-invoke the sympathy card i.e. tell em you have just travelled from and are travelling back to Lokichoggio. Puppy eyes ni muhimu!
-leave them with all documents/ info required to settle your matter.
-exchange all contacts (personal number, office number, email etc). This is if they need any additional info/ docs, which can be scanned to them.
-remind them that you’ll be unable to come back, as you will be in Lokichoggio
-start pestering them every two days until they sort out your issues and get the TCC approved. Tell them a mega tender is awaiting application and the TCC is the only thing pending.
-the TCC, once approved, automatically comes to your inbox. No need to pick it at the tax station.
