Why build 5floors of poor workmanship???.. Why not invest on 3 storey building that meets the standards.
I wish they were to do this systematically, street by street, until landlords and developers stop the habit of taking shortcuts and bribing inspectorate officials.

The city inspectorate, will be fully reconstituted and given more powers, once a certain political family finishes building a city in the Northern side of Nairobi.
Then, rules and regulations will be followed to the letter. That’s why a few days ago I asked a fellow KTalk who posted his multistorey project here if, he factored installing a lift down the line.

The Period equals 2pi root (length over gravitational acceleration). From the formula, the mass of the ball is irrelevant. Leta likes
