Laptop issues, help please!!

So two months back i bought a laptop from some madam’s shop in tao, ex uk. fast forward to a week ago it crashed, took it back and i was told ni hard disk and itakuwa replaced. After a day ananiambia i just take another one (same model same everything ). It turns out this replacement inashida ya certain keyboard keys. Kumpigia simu tukaletana juu about how ati she did me a favour by giving me a replacement and if i insist on having the previous machine back nitareplace hard disk at my cost( warranty doesn’t cover such) . what looks like the best step forward?

Nyinyonge

Its usually the problem one faces when you opt to go the ‘used’ way. But if at all umegonga ukuta, then i would suggest you go for the 1st one and replace the disk
Option 2: Tell the mama to give you a different model with similar specs.
Option 3: Ambia yeye akikataa kukubadilishia utamuanika kwa ‘Buyer Beware’; wanaogopa hio sana.
Last resort: Tafuta karao wa cendro au kamukunji, chotea wao, then take them to the woman wamuharass kiasi…but its not always the best idea; ikikulipukia wewe kwisaaaa

And finally…

what nataka kujua is if it all it is true that hard disks huwa haziko covered on warranty before i can take further drastic action.

You still can’t compare warranty for a new item vs a used one. You get limited warranty. So akikataa ni utembee

Cheap is expensive talker ,hw much did u buy ?

Shiet man. Its an old laptop. wacha kusumbua watu. replace the hardisk and move on. If you have got an old machine remove the hard disk and use it.

Someone in that kind of business already has police protecting her.

@deezee First of All “Ex-UK” is just another term for second hand. You bought a used laptop, and they do not have warranty. Buy a new keyboard for the laptop and replace the faulty one.

You have a small penis. That is not ex uk. It is a Frankeinstein’s Monster made from parts gotten from stolen laptops.

Cheap ass idiot.

Wachana na mambo ya warranty na stress mingi. Makosa ilishatendeka. Keyboard ni cheaper than hard disk. Punguza stress, Enda nunua keyboard ureplace.

Never ever buy a used laptop these thinhs have a lifespan of three years, beyond that you are on your own

An original keyboard is more expensive than a 320 gb hard disk. Tena keyboard anaweza kosa kupata 99% of replacement keyboards are fake copies. anafaa achukue yenye iko na good keyboard.

Ningekusaidia lakini ulihjifanya malenge from the first time you decided to go for ex UK without consulting here first. I deal with ex UK laptops and computers and it has never backfired on my clients.
