laptop

Hi, which laptops are good for the price range of 20-25k. Strictly for work and surfing the net.

Secondly, my laptop screen doesn’t turn on. I have to plug it in to the HDMI port in the TV to the screen. What could be the problem with it?

You have come to the right person. Just look for 28K i deliver u a brand new HP LAPTOP.

I have a Lenovo - the one whose screen isn’t turning on. Which is better between Lenovo and HP. Want something for my business

What is zimetahiri

Do you fix laptops

Hi talkers, now that we are on this laptop issue, I have one thats acting up.
The machine works fine on alk other areas but the only problem is that its damaging flash disks, melting pvc ones and erasing data from metallic ones on top of overheating them. Anyone knows what could be the issue before I take it for repair?

Most probably ni virus

I would advise you get HP or Toshiba Satellite. Very efficient and reliable machines whose spares and service center are available in Kenya.
And No i don’t repair laptops i just sell them.
We can negotiate on the price @kingsolomon2016

Throw it away before its too late, it might roast your fingers too. Run for your dear life

Could that really be the cause/issue? @syndicate

Be more specific and tell about that heat-generating virus. I’m surprised it hasn’t fried the motherboard. Does the fan spin fast all the time? Simetimes that can be caused by lots of junk like dust and hair clogging vents. Let a good techie take a look.

Agreed! I have always had Toshiba.

The company has been in trouble if late and their low end machines have become rather plasticky, but the best thing I have always liked is the straighforward configuratiin and support that is transparent, compared to the maze if cryptically numbered drivers one finds at Compaq and HP.

Satellite Pro series, but that might not be possible with your budget.

Pro’s and cons of Lenovo? I noticed they are cheaper than HP and Toshiba

They are formerly IBM and now fully Chinese, thus produced and marketed without US middlemen. Technology is just as good.
