For example if an 18yr old male is caught(by law) having sex with a 17 year old girl might land him into jail for more than 10 years, lakini it ok for a 50 year male to hit a 18 year old girl.

I think each country has some stupid laws that might get innocent people into jail. I know a lot of stories like this, when 18 years old guys fell in love with a 16-17 years old girl, and her parents sue him for having sex with her.
