You can add her in your firearm book, and tag her along at the range. Let her fire some rounds. Eg if I have a private bodyguard with me instead of applying for a firearm certificate which could take ages or huge bribes I can add him on my book which legalises him to ONLY use and operate MY firearm. This type of permit is renewable every 3 months. your second question, every private firearm holder is supposed to buy a safe in which to store the gun at kwa nyumba.
