Yesterday as i was entering the supermarket i noticed faces of embarrassed for men walking out carry their goods using a cartons.
I bought a 600gm bread, which i had to carry openly, luckily i had my bag with with me. Lots of customers were stranded waiting for the attendant to fetch for them cartons.
How do they expect people from Nyairofi, who are used to visit home villages with big shopping displaying Naivas, Uchumi, Tusky to carry carton?
People will have to shift to local shops rather than carry big shopping with cartons unless a cheap option comes out.
Bibi aende afanye shopping na kiondoo

Some people amaze me. Why would you feel embarassed to carry stuff for your own consumption.LEGAL STUFFFFFFF.
Shida zingine jo.
Mambo ya kiondo ndio men hawataki.
I dont see how embarassing it is for a man to carry a carton, unless ni wale hujiita ma-alfa male, wale wa kuenda salon kufanyiwa pedi na manicure. Dame naeza understand but a man…Infact it is more “embarassing” to carry the items openly than kufungiwa na carton. Ama namna gani wakUmbwa
