I've learnt that in life there are no shortcuts. The shortest route anywhere is the right one.

I've learnt karma is real. Ongea na watu wazee is when you will know how real it is

I've learnt that when people show you who they are believe them the first time not the 39th time.We always want to give people benefit of doubt but people are pretty consistent if you remove the filters thru which you see them.

I've learnt that the fact that you love someone doesn't mean that they are good for you. You can love a tiger as long as you keep it behind a cage.

Just because people don't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you. I learnt this from my parents.

A clear conscience makes a soft pillow. Before you do anything you know is wrong always remember that you have to live with yourself after that. When tempted to use wrong means to get a good end. Good ends don't justify wrong means.

People will take advantage of you if you let them its just human nature nothing personal.

OH! And the most important one that I can't emphasize enough. A FRIEND IN THIS WORLD IS JESUS!!!!!

At your age, what lessons have you learnt in life? Lessons that directly touch on your life.
Be they financial, social, spiritual
Social: Learned to trust my insticts all the time after series of being friends with enemies bila kujua. A male or female biatch is now given the same treatment back, from my end mainly COLD. No apologies. Also keep a small tight circle of friends who you can have real fun with. So so so important.

Financial: I lend money and not expect it back. Akilipa alipe..... as I have lost quite a bit over the years. I also trust my insticts when it comes to investments and it has massively paid off.

Spiritual: Goes without saying. No one is greater than God and always call on Him every day and more when the tide is against you.
