Location for a rave

Niaje wadau, very soon nataka kuhost a rave( not event, an actual rave) and location inanisumbua sana. pale UK I see them holding there's in outdoor areas, in fields or forests but huku najua opportunists watakua but there's also the option of an indoor one, like in a warehouse ivi. If you know someone who can hire out a good indoor space, warehouse,garage,studio nidirect please

sina any in particular but najua what I'd want in the areas:
1.minimal residentials around the premise to minimize the chances of someone calling the cops,ndo maana nlikua nadai warehouse ivi or someone with a good private property
2.accessible by public transport
3.generally safe
4.has water and electricity
5.proper ventilation and enough space to accommodate like 200 people at a go

Try GoDown. Big warehouse setting. With the curfew I doubt they're getting many gigs and it's in an industrial area so there shouldn't be any noise complaints or nosy cops.
