Last week I consulted Ktalk intellectuals about creating a housd/property listing website, mkaseama we don’t have the best, that I should come up with a better than the available.

The project is almost done.(thanks to those who gave motivation)

Make it free to gain critical mass. Advertise the free listing service in all FB property groups - make sure that they know it’s free because that is the selling point. When you gain a significant following, you can start charging “featured” listings and progress slowly.
