Does anyone know why the “Looting of Kenya” report was not investigated or trials started for those involved? It all just went quiet kabisa.

When I was a kid in primary I remember my teacher telling me “ZimZimma, there will be people you will meet in life who will read but are unable to comprehend. These people answer their own questions, not the question that is asked”. I am glad I am not one of those people.
My teacher had a different idea. He was of the notion that there was a group of people who asked questions in class just to be heard to be saying something. I am also glad I am not one of those people

@zimzimma, @It’s Le Scumbag, I was not taught,but I have come to realize that some people may choose to ask a question while actually it’s a statement they making, while others choose to answer a question with an other question.
