LPO Financing

Talkers, anyone who has had an experience with LPO Financing?
I am interested in knowing which institution helped, the processes, ease of getting the financing, interest rates?
Is it something worthwhile to consider or the processes as detailed and probably frustrating like securing a mortgage?
Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Jamii Bora used to sort me before the capping of interest as long as it was a reputable organization. Saa hii ni ngumu but try the small banks cfc,nic etc. Talk to the senior most guy in your bank too,wachana na tellers and those clueless customer care girls, he/she can guide you on how to go about it.

They still do but they are not as flexible and enthusiastic. Since the capping banks are not very motivated.
