herpes is not hard to identify. small blisters at the mouth or on genital. most often in a small cluster. for genitals they might be very mild so you might not see them properly.
Herpes simplex 1 affects 90+ percent of population but will manifest in a few people occasionally in a common cold fashion and blisters or a single blister at the mouth. herpes simplex 2 affects forty percent of african population and will most often manifest as blister or blisters on the genitals and will very often go unnoticed. herpes can be mistaken for pimples or simple friction sore. There is no need to test herpes. it is self evident.
primary syphilis will manifest as hard ugly wound or sore that is painless. secondary syphilis will manifest as rash all over the body. tertiary syphilis will manifest as madness.
gonorrhea in men is too painful to be mistaken for anything else.
chancroid will manfest as painful infected sores with pus.

Ingia that herpes is the one worrying me though apart from the mouth rash I don’t have any other rashes and I observed my pennis it’s clear I have a pink head so identifying sores can be easy but il test for the same…

Usijiworry sana because it sounds like it and it has no treatment because the virus hides in the brain or spinal cord. if you have/had no flu you probably contracted it kitambo sana and this is just a reccurence. again about 40 percent of population have herpes 2. herpes 2 does not cause flu repeatedly. kama wewe ni kidinyi type you probably catch it some time.

If you had chicken pox like most people in kenya have you have herpes zoster hiding at the base of your brain. similarly herpes 1hides in the brain. herpes 2 hides in the lower spinalcord.
