The solution is Flagyl. Buy some from your nearest chemist. Pretty effective.

Try to modify your diet e.g by reducing dairy products, products with artificial sweeteners like sorbitol, avoid carbonated drinks (soda) and beer, punguza mafuta kwa chakula, etc etc. Stepwise elimination will quickly identify the culprit.
