This is a good move, banks have been using customer’s deposits to make billions from GoK tbills saa hizo you get 5% for your deposits, now guys can make 10% off your money, risk-free and guaranteed. And this idea was crafted by Kabando wa Kabando more than 3 years ago, it is not some covert scheme.

Wacha niulize, hatungelipa USD600m ya Deustche Bank bila eurobond. What makes us think we can pay back USD 3bn? The dollar will be at 200+ by 2020. Riots on the streets, tissue rationing, Shepart hunting coming to a county near you.
