You have a point but look at the talent pool too, if no sponsor comes to fit in the shoes soon all clubs will start defaulting in player salaries (of which some are imports), coach pays, team will practically be unable to fund its trips outside Kenya too.
Resulting consequence is a “local” team just plays locally and averagely too. Alternative sponsors are needed to sustain the life KPL had started gaining to even get players from abroad.
