I have also gained some insights too. He says sugar from kenya is cheaper, as well as Bamburi cement from Kenya, yet the TZ govt is blockading goods from Kenya, so that consumers can buy expensive Tanzanian goods.

This is new too. BTW I read some article going around that these sugar mills are running in losses because they can’t sell sugar directly to consumers unless Treasury approves. Sijui kama ni kweli ama ni propaganda.
