I have a question....
I understand that a voters vote is sovereign and that the will of the people should be respected.
But what can we say was the will of the people given the nature of the case at hand.
given the irregularities and illegalities as the base of the verdict wouldn't Maraga be compromised to blatantly deny aggrieved parties a level playing field?
Don't illegalities and irregularities beat the whole logic of vote sovereignty? thus making the whole process compromised?
I believe in the integrity of maraga and that some disgruntled parties are trying to spin the injustice tale to banner mercy votes.
