- They begin with second hand vehicles. This is a major isssue juu mtasumbuana na polisi sana…and they mostly buy “mikebe” from the veterans who have seen that the spares are exceeding income and are disposing.
- Personality. You have to be a no-nonsense guy. If people cannot perform, you fire them ASAP. Never assume you are dealing with adults, everyone has a mouth to feed at home.
