Nb* Ignore the January 1st 2018 matches as am sure there is some kind of error. @admin of the year, please note the anomaly.
In the championship am rooting for Leeds United. They are number 7 in the log and were relegated back in 2004 under a wave of serious financial crisis. It was a real issue then.
I really hope they get back to EPL.

Here is their short story:

2001–2007: Financial implosion and relegation
Under chairman Peter Ridsdale, Leeds had taken out large loans against the prospect of the share of the TV rights and sponsorship revenues from UEFA Champions League qualification and subsequent progress in the competition. However, Leeds narrowly failed to qualify for the Champions League in two successive seasons, and as a consequence did not receive enough income to repay the loans. The first indication that the club was in financial trouble was the sale of Rio Ferdinand to Manchester United for approximately £30 million. Ridsdale and O’Leary publicly fell out over the sale, and O’Leary was sacked and replaced by former England manager Terry Venables. Leeds performed woefully under Venables, and other players were sold to repay the loans, including Jonathan Woodgate, who Ridsdale had promised Venables would not be sold. Tensions mounted between Ridsdale and Venables and with the team underachieving, Venables was sacked and replaced by Peter Reid. Ridsdale resigned from the Leeds board and was replaced by existing non-executive director Professor John McKenzie. At this time Leeds were in danger of relegation, but managed to avoid the drop in the penultimate game of the season, beating Arsenal 3–2 at Highbury with a late strike by Mark Viduka.

Reid was given a permanent contract at Leeds the following summer, and brought in several players on loan. An unsuccessful start to the 2003–04 season saw Reid dismissed, and Eddie Gray took over as caretaker manageruntil the end of the season. An insolvency specialist, Gerald Krasner, led a consortium of local businessmen which took over Leeds and oversaw the sale of the club’s assets, including senior and emerging youth players of any value. Leeds were relegated during the 2003–04 season

Happy new year talkers and thank you so much for your continued support.
Cheers!

Day 22 matches will be held from the 1st, so there’s no problem with the schedule.

But if you look close, its shown that arsenal will play on sunday 31st against wba and then again on Monday 1st against Chelsea.
Not practical.

eagerly awaiting for our game and hope Jose doesnt chop and change the first 11 too much like last game. Shaw should start again and hopefully will continue to improve.
Players like Ibra and Rojo should only start from the bench and play once the team has a good lead. Scotty to come in for Matic when the team is winning as well.
If Herrera’s form doesnt improve, Fellaini is basically on the way to Turkey, Andreas staying in Spain, I think Jose should give Gomes a spot on the bench.

Me thinks it is tym lukaku started from the bench…he has become dead weight of late…

Lukaku is suffering from our overall style of play, generally there’s about 40 yards between our MF and him, and he’s generally on his own up there.
Our wide players generally pick the ball up inside their own half, due to their defensive duties so can’t combine with him effectively.
In games where we actually manage to get some players within 20 yards of him I think he’s shown some great vision and link up play.

Vile @wildfrank amesema. Lukaku has been left on his own upfront since Pogba served his 3 games ban and he has had no rest through the whole season. His supply suffered when Martial/Rashford form dipped. However in my opinion his last 3 games has been the best for Man Utd but largely unnoticed because he didn’t score. He fell back to midfield to take the ball and attack the box, pulling apart defenders. Lukaku has created 2 great chances a game for his teammates who wasted them. Lingard and Mata have been on form and should start. Mickey days looks numbered. What we need is a poacher in the box to finish of stubborn teams. Lastly if you ever doubted Fellaini impact on this team then don’t anymore. If he was fit most of this games except Man City lose at home would be wins. His box to box (defend/attack) play would surely have helped a lot.

Lastly Mourinho has successfully pushed Glazers to open up to spend big in January transfer. I have no idea whom he will buy. Its all speculations on who is going and who is staying. By now Mourinho knows who is a 90% player, 75% player and average player through the thick and struggle of the season. I believe anyone below 75% will go if they don’t have some strategic value more than the intended replacement.

When pogba was missing, we were told united were performing badly because of that. Pogba is back and united is still shit now we’re told its Fellaini. Fellaini will be back and you will still be crap mtasema you’re missing ronaldo and tevez :D:D:D

The only person Man U is missing is Baily. Guys don’t even know the dynamics of their team. Smh

Arsenali ni no. ngapi? Anyone? Is it 6th or 7th. Wametulia sana. Don’t worry this January transfer season is close. Most fans will transfer to Man City.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

After Tottenham beat Southampton 5-2 expect a very ruthless Southampton this evening. I predict a draw and Southampton will score 1st

Daniel Drinkwater!

Leicester wanakamua joka

Twangoja

The way things are going, afadhali you stay away from the markets

Pogba unfortunately for 3 straight games plays at central midfield instead of No.10 which goes to Mata. Mourinho seems not to have full confidence on Herrera to start a game.

Lukaku stretchered off…doesn’t look good.

Head injury and he has been administered oxygen. Pole Lukaku, quick recovery, I fear we will be lucky to see him again this season. Mourinho transfer plans has just been trashed.

Man Utd are very wasteful with chances like that clean break a few minutes ago where two or three players could score. That’s the main difference us and Clinical Man City.
