How come I have not seen this Mazda CX-9 SUV on Kenyan roads? Is there some reason people do not import it or is it because it is only sold outside Japan? I saw one outside Kenya recently and it looks gorgeous. A real SUV unlike the many CX-5 crossovers that dominate the Kenyan roads .
That is a 2019 model. 7m from CMC. but true with having no japan trim it becomes hard to find a Kenyan specific model
Its shape and engine specification contravenes JDM legal specification so its sold elsewhere. that explains things.

They are very rare for import to Kenya because we are among the few countries that drive on the left side of the road. Most probably you can only import from Australia because they aren’t available in UK or Japan or order direct from the factory. But it’s abgread midsize crossover together with Honda pilot n Highlander
Enda garage ya team mazda pale langata near the indian estate bordering the park on bypass uone zikiletwa first service, many are just landing from the high seas…they are actually very many. I know atleast 3 owners, my neighbour being one of them. But for that category i would rather one goes for the very many alternatives we have around. Na sio gari ya peasant, the people i know who own it are very loaded and have other high end cars in their garages
