If he straightens the arm just a little he can easily pass under that footbridge pronto without even offloading the excavator.

I can see you and Mata are engineereringly challenged. Straightening the arm would either 1.Demolish the bridge or 2.Damage the excavator or 3.Which is most likely, damage the low loader.
Folding the arm further if it isn’t already at its lower limit would be the solution.

Guess i must have slept through that class genius, if he straightened the arm/lowered the arm before going under it could have passed under the bridge. Without damaging neither the loader nor the bridge. That is not rocket science is it?
