Most accident victims can be saved if they receive trauma care within one hour of such injury. To be able to pay, the money has to come from somewhere. The question is where? A consume only (imports, salaries, national government funding counties endlessly) economy is not sustainable in the long run. Kenya has to embrace radical industrialisation and development and the benefits of this will manifest themselves across the country. The alternative is not appealing, one need only look at Venezuela to understand what happens to a nation when a government can no longer meet its financial obligations.
