Mimi naona ni collapse. Angalia what will happen to China. Also look at the dot com bubble and the burst thereafter. All web based tech startups were affected.

Dubai and the Burj Khalifa?

Si collapse ni correction, in 2008 unakumbuka watu wakihepa dubai wana abandon ma porsche kwa airport, they recovered and their real estate is bigger now than it was then. The dot com bubble burst was also a correction, the tech. industry now in the states is bigger by several magnitudes than it was then.
Same as China, a correction is already on the works, but don’t think 10 yrs from now their economy will be smaller than it presently is.

Recessions after every X number of years are healthy for the Economy and the well being of the States.
View it as a breather, where companies reviews policies, that otherwise will be hard to do, when the economy is booming.
