Michael Dyer, landlord and lord of the land

You own a plane? How much does it cost you to fly to Nairobi and back?
One of the best things about this country is that our airspace is very well managed.
Aviation is quite progressive compared to other countries in Africa.
I fly a Cesna 180 and I have some 4,500hrs under my belt because I fly a lot.
But it’s a financial killer; I think I spend about 100 litres to and fro, which is about Sh24,000.
But I will get there before my friend who lives in Karen gets to town.
Are you normally picked up at the airport by a uniformed chauffer in a hat?
(Chuckles) I wish. I have an airport car that I leave parked in Nairobi. It’s a Volkswagen beetle (Smiles proudly).
No matter how bad traffic is, people will always give you way when you drive a Beetle. Plus it can’t be stolen.

So what are you trying to say

Kuna picha? And i thought land rover defenders closed shop?

I had an employer who owned a small plane, he would fly from his main home in Baringo to nakuru. He had a farm in nakuru with an airstrip. He would stay for a day to check his biz and then fly back home in the evening.

A ranch owner,

We are doing the new Sirai house,
