Sonko forwarded Miguna’s name to Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi on Wednesday for vetting and approval by the House.

He doesn’t need Raila to come back to Kenya because the Constitution is the supreme document.
The judge ruled that American born Mwende Mwinzi cannot renounce her country of birth.
That must also mean that Miguna Miguna is fully Kenyan and should not be barred from coming home any time he chooses.

Migunas case can mean anything. But you go insulting Uhuru, then Ruto, then Raila. So who will vouch for you. They put him on the no-fly list, so who will take him out.

The judge ruled that you cannot renounce your citizenship. So the law is on his side. That alone should shield him from harassment. Wait until he sues the government after this regime is out of power, he will be awarded billions and taxpayers will have to cough that award

By the way, in Mwende Mwinzi case, I think ( i dont have the full case facts), the judge rulings is in error. An American Citizen can renounce their citizenship. They do it all the time, mainly due to tax purposes.

The judge was using Kenyan constitution to rule about renouncing citizenship.
There are rights and priviledges. A right is unalienable and you don’t need anybody vouching for you. The government is breaking the law. A priviledge is what someone can vouch for you.

I agree the country is breaking the law. When will they stop. They can continue to break the law until 2032. And thats why someone has to vouch for him. Otherwise its Canada for now.
